DI's First Anniversary
As we've reached this first milestone for the site, I would like to thank all of you who have made this such a great year.
DI is the latest and most successful edition of an online community which goes back 4 years now. Hard to believe!
Thank you to our veteran chatters like Roald (Dutch_Roald), Karin (nirak), Cherie (DearPru_OH), Urs (GermanDeaniac), Alene (Buffmom) who go back to the pre-DI days. Thank also the many new chatfriends, too many to list here, who became such an integral part of this site. Thank you to Mike Malloy, Jeff Farrias and Sarge of Nova M Radio who contributed greatly to introducing us so many of our new friends this year. Thank you also to Dave Trotter for DI's musical interludes. And last, but not at all least, I would like to thank Anthony (aka Malmö_Blue) for his seemingly tireless hours of assistance and devotion to the site.
Everyone of you who make the effort to come and be a part of the conversation on this site, has contributed to making DI's first year a success and I hope that it is first of many more to come for our little worldwide neighborhood.
